La terapia online es un espacio seguro, privado y humano donde puedes hablar de lo que estás viviendo sin juicios y con acompañamiento profesional.
Trabajo contigo desde la comodidad de tu casa, con sesiones claras, estructuradas y enfocadas en ayudarte a avanzar emocionalmente. 

Cómo funciona una sesión online:

ANTES DE LA SESIÓN
  • Me escribes por WhatsApp para agendar.
  • Elegimos día y hora.
  • Te envío el enlace de conexión.
  • No necesitas instalar nada: solo tu móvil o PC.

DURANTE LA SESIÓN
 Cada sesión dura 55 minutos y tiene una estructura clara:

  • hablamos de lo que estás viviendo
  • identificamos emociones, pensamientos y patrones
  • trabajamos herramientas prácticas para regular lo que sientes
  • avanzamos en tu proceso con claridad y dirección

Mi enfoque es Terapia Cognitivo Conductual (TCC), un método basado en evidencia que te ayuda a entender lo que te pasa y a cambiar lo que te bloquea.

DESPUÉS DE LA SESIÓN

Dependiendo de tu caso, puedes recibir:

  • ejercicios y tareas breves
  • herramientas para manejar emociones
  • pautas para aplicar en tu día a día

El objetivo es que no solo hablemos, sino que avances.

¿ES IGUAL DE EFECTIVA QUE LA TERAPIA PRESENCIAL?

Sí. La terapia online es igual de efectiva que la presencial cuando se realiza con estructura, metodología y acompañamiento profesional. Además, te permite:

  • ahorrar tiempo
  • tener privacidad
  • sentirte cómoda/o en tu propio espacio
  • mantener continuidad sin desplazamientos
